Policies
Shipping & Returns
We want your BYB Decants experience to be perfect from the moment you order to the moment you spray.
Careful Packaging
Every order is securely packaged with bubble wrap and protective materials. Your decant vials are individually wrapped to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of fragrance samples, we cannot accept returns on used products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
